Create the Stackups - Slide 1 of 7

The "AttachST" command is used to place die from a library

The "Die Attach Creation" dialog box appears

The "Library" popup list is used to select the stacked library containing the die patterns

The "Use Selected Die" button is used to place each die at specific coordinates, a rotation value, or by picking in the design area
