CAD Design Software is a Division of CAD Design Services, Inc. (CDS).

CDS maintains this Web Site and all the information, communications, software, scripting, photos, text, video, graphics, images and other materials and services found on the Web Site (collectively “Content”), for the use of its customers, employees, and members of the general public.

ACCEPTANCE OF CONTRACT TERMS

In exchange for using the Web Site, you agree to be bound exclusively by these terms and to comply with all applicable laws and regulations. You represent you and have the legal authority to accept these Web Site Terms of Use on behalf of yourself or any party you represent. This Web Site is operated in the United States. If you are located outside of the United States, please be aware that any information you provide to us will be transferred to the United States. By using our Web Site, participating in any of our services and/or providing us with your information, you consent to this transfer.

We take reasonable steps to maintain the security of the personally identifiable information that we collect, including limiting the number of people who have physical access to our database servers, as well as installing electronic security systems that guard against unauthorized access. The Web Site and the Content may not be copied, distributed, or reproduced in any way, without the prior written consent of CDS, except that you may print a single copy of the Content for personal, informational, non-commercial use provided that (i) all copyright, trademark and other proprietary notices are kept intact, and (ii) the Content is not modified in any way. The permission terminates automatically if you breach any of the Web Site Terms of Use. CDS is not granting you any permission to use the Content other than the permission expressly stated in these Web Site Terms of Use.

SUBMISSIONS OF INFORMATION

Do not send any confidential or proprietary information to CDS through the Web Site. Any information you do send to CDS through the Web Site will be deemed as NOT to be confidential. For any non-confidential information you do send, you hereby grant CDS an unrestricted, royalty-free, irrevocable, worldwide license to use, reproduce, display, perform, modify, transmit, and distribute the non-confidential information. Your personally-identifiable information you submit to us shall be treated in accordance with our Privacy Policy. YOUR IP ADDRESS

CDS collects IP addresses for the purposes of system administration, to generate aggregate information, and to audit the use of our site. When you request pages from cad-design.com, our servers log your IP address. We do not normally link IP addresses to anything personally identifiable, which means that your session will be logged, but you remain anonymous to us. We can and will use IP addresses to identify a user when we feel it is necessary to enforce compliance with our terms of use of the Web site or to protect our service, site, customers or others.

HOW DO WE USE THE INFORMATION WE COLLECT? 

We use your personally identifiable information to provide you with the information or content that you have requested, and, in some cases, to contact you about our programs, products, features or services. INFORMATION YOU EXPLICITLY PROVIDE

We use registration forms which allow our customers to register certain information about themselves with us.
