Lead Frame Computer Aided Manufacturing Suite (LFCAM) Panelizes all types of Lead Frames. It automatically places all fiducials, tooling holes and other manufacturing aids.	BGA Computer Aided Manufacturing Suite (BGACAM) Automatic BGA assembly strip creation with your design arrayed inside and other features necessary to support BGA fabrication, flying probe test and assembly.
