Panelization (PAN) Panelizes Low Temperature Co-fired Ceramic (LTCC) or Thick Film Ceramic (THKFC) designs.	CAM-Vert (CAMV) Reads in RS274X Gerber data and IPC-D-356A Net list data that was output by any PCB layout program.
BGA-CAM (BGC) The BGA CAM module will automatically create a BGA strip with your design arrayed inside with all necessary fiducials, tooling holes and plating bars.	CAM-Links (CAML) This feature is the same as CAM-Vert and has these additional features: Exports a .vbs file to transfer 3D data to HFSS. Exports an ANSYS Neutral File (.anf) to transfer 2-1/2 data to SiWave and also exports a text file containing ANSYS - SiWave component parameters.
