To activate this function, go to
the CAD DESIGN SOFTWARE pull-down menu and select LIVE UPDATE.

Live Web Update will compare the
users current software files and update any new code if needed.

After completion, a report will be
generated.

If behind a firewall or using a
Proxy, enter required data to access the internet.

Pick the Copy Replaced Files to
Backup Directory check box to make a backup of the older files.

This will be saved and made
available in the Previous Updates Available to Restore window.

Pick the backup to restore from
the window and then pick the Click to restore the selected
backups button.

Select the Update PDF and CHM Help
Files check box to check for updated Help files. These files and
approximately 30 MB.

When ready to check for updates,
pick the Click to begin updating CDS Software.

When the updates have been downloaded, the Update Complete
dialog box appears with the results.
AFTER UPDATES, YOU MUST RESTART CDS.

When CDS is restarted, the EPD
Updates dialog box appears.

Pick the Install Now button to
install the updates and continue.

Pick the Install Later button to
skip the install and continue.

Pick the Discard Updates button to
completely remove the new updates and continue.
