Maintenance Contract (AMC).
AMC includes all software updates, revisions, etc. as well as on-line web portal and e-mail technical support.
Technical support is
available M-F, 5:00am - 5:00pm PST. Normal turn around time is 24
hours. However, heavy work loads and weekends may cause slight
delays. Using our Technical
Support Web Portal
is the fastest and and most accurate method of obtaining technical support.
