for customers currently on Annual
Maintenance Contract (AMC).
AMC includes all software updates, revisions, etc. as well as on-line web portal and e-mail technical support.
Technical support is
available M-F, 5:00am - 5:00pm PST. Normal turn around time is 24
hours. However, heavy work loads and weekends may cause slight
delays.

need. Training can be provided at our Training Center or at a
customer’s site. Additionally, custom training can be prepared
using customer’s specific designs. All training is scheduled
on an as-needed basis to provide the fastest possible service.
